At Underground Printing, we want you to love your custom apparel and gear. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 15 days of receipt for a resolution.
Contact Customer Service
Reach out to our support team with your order number and a photo of the item if there is a printing error or defect.
Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Processing and Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or initiate a reprint within 5-7 business days.
