How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard turnaround time is 6-10 business days from the moment you approve your design and provide payment. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner.
Can I return custom printed items?
Because custom products are made specifically for you, we only accept returns if the product is defective or if the printing significantly differs from the approved proof. Please contact our support team within 15 days of delivery.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We offer many products with no minimums through our digital printing process. However, screen-printed items typically require a minimum of 12 pieces to ensure the best pricing and quality for our customers.
How do I ensure my design is high quality?
We recommend uploading vector files (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF) or high-resolution raster images (300 DPI). Our professional art team reviews every order to ensure your design looks perfect before it goes to print.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Our pricing is based on a sliding scale. The more items you order with the same design, the lower the price per garment becomes. You can see these savings automatically reflected in your cart.
